I played Mizuno MX-1000 Irons for one year, it is a good club, it is forgiving, and it offers good distance.Callaway X-24 HOT Irons I am more comfortable releasing my hands with the Mizuno (light) grip. I believe due to the volume of the club shape there is a greater tendency to get hung up in light and heavy rough. However, my hcp as dropped significantly with the Mizuno clubs.. I am re-learning some things due to the feel of the Mizuno, however, my game remains more consistent, and has better promise of improvement.
